Highly versatile and naturally gluten free, they are made from a paste of rice flour and water that is steamed, formed, cut and then dried. Our folded rice noodles are ideal for soups, salads and stir-fry’s, but are most traditionally used in the world’s most popular noodle dish, Pad Thai. Serves 4 and ready in just 15 minutes.
