Hand selected and traditionally cured organic mixed single estate Green olives stuffed with strips of pimento & pickled garlic, from the Rovies grove on the island of Evia in Greece.
Our organic green olives are stored in brine with a touch of extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. Rovies is one of a handful of groves that continues to harvest their olives by hand. This traditional method reduces the likelihood of bruising and damage to the fruit. The olives are cured the same day as harvested and packed, by hand, on site.
Ingredients: Organic Green Olives (45%), Water, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic Cloves (3.8%), Organic Pimento (2.8%), Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Acidity Regulator, Organic White Wine Vinegar.
