Spanish Beans with Tomatoes
2 Bay Leaves
2 cans of Butter Beans
2 Garlic Cloves
2 cans of Whole Plum Tomatoes 2 large Handfuls of Spinach
1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp sweet Smoked Paprika
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion. Fry the onion whilst stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add the garlic, bay leaves and paprika into the pan and fry for another minute.
3. Then add the Mr Organic butter beans and plum tomatoes. Mix all together and add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Just before the dish is finished, add the spinach and allow it to wilt.
